AN URGENT OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPORT THE VILLAGE PLAY EQUIPMENT APPEAL.

YOU CAN HELP

The fund raising team from Great Dunham of Madeleine, Brenda and Allen have all worked incredibly hard to secure Grant Funding from various sources to repair/replace/and add to the existing play equipment in South Street and on the Community Park behind the Village Hall. To date they have raised over 22,500.

However there is an opportunity to raise even more!!

Tesco Swaffham will be supporting our fund raising efforts from 1st July to 31st August.

How can YOU help? Well every time you shop you should be given a blue plastic token. If you’re not ask for one.

Near to the Customer Service Desk on the left of the entrance as you enter the store are 3 collection ‘bins’ with headings to indicate which charity you can support. One of those will be Great Dunham Children’s Play Equipment. Drop your token in that one.  The ‘bin’ that collects the most during the designated period will receive 4,000 from Tesco, the next will receive 2,000 and the one with the lowest number of tokens will receive 1,000.

So here is an easy way YOU can support your village’s efforts to raise funds for the village play equipment. Please don’t leave it to someone else!

Do your bit and help us in our efforts to improve the play equipment. Shop in Tesco Swaffham - get a token - drop it in our bin.

Thank you - and tell your friends to help as well!
